Subject: Response to Detector Inspectors API Charge:
Dear Property Managers,

I trust this message finds you well. It has come to our attention that you may have received communication from Detector Inspector regarding PropertyMe's (and others) recent decision to impose charges for API access. At Taskforce Australia, we understand the importance of streamlining processes and minimizing costs in property management, particularly when it comes to safety compliance and maintenance operations.

I want to assure you that Taskforce Australia remains committed to supporting the real estate industry during these challenging times. In light of PropertyMe's API charge, I want to emphasize that Taskforce Australia will not be on-charging these costs to agencies or owners. We understand the financial strain that such charges can impose and are dedicated to mitigating these impacts wherever possible.

Furthermore, I would like to extend an invitation for you to explore the services offered by Taskforce Australia, including our RentSafe solution. As part of our commitment to transparency and peace of mind, we are offering a complimentary property portfolio health check. This check will provide you or your rental providers with valuable insights into the health and compliance of your property portfolio, ensuring that safety standards are met and maintained.

We believe that by working together, we can overcome challenges and optimize efficiency in property management operations. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity or learn more about Taskforce Australia and RentSafe, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

To our current clients thank you for your continued partnership and trust in Taskforce Australia. If we don’t currently work with you we hope we can serve you and support your needs in the future.
