In 2026, Taskforce Australia is proud to introduce the Social Impact Contribution Scheme, an initiative that embeds social value directly into our pricing and service delivery. Rather than being absorbed as a commercial advantage, supplier-funded financial benefits—such as discounts or rebates—are intentionally redirected to initiatives that strengthen tenant wellbeing, community inclusion, and long-term housing stability.

Delivering Value Where It Matters Most

The scheme ensures that more of a Community Housing Provider’s budget is available for frontline housing outcomes. By starting with competitive retail rates and applying targeted reductions for CHP clients, Taskforce allows providers to allocate these savings in ways that best meet the needs of their tenants. As Damon Hill, National Sales Director – Housing, explains:

This approach ensures flexibility and control for housing providers, empowering them to make meaningful, context-specific decisions about how resources are used.

In addition to financial benefits, Taskforce delivers further social value through an in-kind contribution of trade time. For every dollar a CHP spends with Taskforce, a corresponding credit is accrued that can be redeemed for agreed works within the provider’s portfolio. This supports tangible improvements to shared spaces, enhancing tenant wellbeing, connection, and community pride.
