We're making some changes to our pricing.

We wanted to let you know that some updates to our service pricing are on the way, starting 1st August 2025. We're giving you a heads-up now so you have time to prepare and understand why we're making this change.


In summary:

  • There will be increases to pricing for all our services, effective from 1st August 2025.


  • These changes to our pricing have been undertaken to enable us to continue investing in the technology, people, and systems that support a higher standard of service delivery for our valued clients and partners.


  • Our smoke alarm safety checks (whether bundled or solo) will continue to include replacement of faulty or expired units at no extra cost.


  • Our discounts on bundled safety checks for owners with multiple active properties with Taskforce will be applied to the new pricing.



At Taskforce Australia, we’re proud of the progress we’ve made together over the past decade. Our commitment has always been to deliver exceptional service, and that means continuously investing in the people, systems, and technology that help to support our service to you.


How our services have developed

Over the years, we’ve made significant enhancements to improve the reliability, efficiency, and overall value of our services. These include major upgrades to our proprietary software, which is a key driver in delivering cost effective and efficient services. Alongside expanding our scheduling, calendar functionality, and CRM integrations, we've implemented robust cybersecurity improvements. Our in-house software development team has doubled in size to support this momentum, ensuring we remain ahead of evolving needs and industry standards.


In response to customer feedback and to further improve your experience when dealing with Taskforce, we’ve considerably expanded our customer care operations. We've increased headcount and established a local, onshore support team based in our head office in Burnley, Victoria. Uniting our support, sales, and operations teams in the one space supports more responsive and more effective customer support.

Our national trades network has continued to grow, and now exceeds 5,000 plumbers, electricians and handymen covering every metropolitan and regional area across the country—so wherever a job is required, we can support a consistent service to our clients.


Why we're making these changes

Throughout this period of growth, we’ve maintained the same pricing since 2021. Over that time, the cost of materials, equipment, trades, and running our operations has steadily increased, just like many of the everyday expenses we all experience.


We’ve done everything we can to absorb these rising costs, but to continue providing the high-quality service you expect, a small price adjustment is now necessary. This will mean we can continue to invest in the systems, talent, and innovation that support our service to you.


Our new pricing

The updated pricing below excludes GST and will take effect from 1st August 2025.


Existing multi-property discounts on safety check bundles will be applied to our new pricing. All smoke alarm safety checks will still include the replacement of faulty or expired units at no extra cost.

Please note: our current pricing schedule will apply to all jobs created by existing clients prior to 1st August 2025.
