Taskforce wins at the Proptech Association Awards

Updated: Aug 5

We did it! We are thrilled to announce that Taskforce has been named a winner at the recent Proptech Association Awards in Sydney. Competing against some of the biggest names in the industry, we are honoured to have secured the award for Most Innovative Proptech in the Property Management & Maintenance category for Established Suppliers.

This achievement underscores the importance of our commitment to innovation and excellence in everything we do.

The Proptech Association of Australia is the national member organisation of the property technology (proptech) sector. They support members at all stages of growth to enhance commercial opportunities and professional knowledge. As part of a national and global community of proptech entrepreneurs, they drive positive change in the property sector. Through collaborations with engaged partners they champion and support Australian tech entrepreneurs committed to delivering better property outcomes.

At Taskforce, innovation is one of our core values. We believe strongly in its significance and its power to drive positive change. This award is a testament to that belief and to the hard work of our entire team, especially our dedicated tech development team. Their relentless pursuit of excellence has been instrumental in achieving this recognition.

One quote from Proptech Association Australia President, Kylie Davies, really stuck out to us:

“The proptech sector has moved from being focused on sales, marketing and property management solutions to now working to solve diverse and intractable problems including housing supply, affordability, ownership and energy efficiency.”

Our long-standing mission is to make owning and renting property safer, more affordable and less hassle for all Australian renters and owners. Through our streamlined solutions, competitive pricing and high levels of customer service, all driven by efficiencies generated by our proprietary technology platform, we hope that we are making a real difference in this area.

This year’s Proptech Association Awards saw over 125 companies competing across 13 categories, making it the largest event in its four-year history. Categories included AI solutions, affordable housing, construction, energy efficiency, and asset management, alongside traditional awards for sales, marketing, and property management.

We are proud to be part of this dynamic and innovative community, and we look forward to continuing our mission to enhance the property management landscape in Australia.
