Multi-Property Discounts - How they work.
Make sure you maximise your savings with Taskforce’s multiple property discounts!
If you’re managing multiple properties for a single owner, you could be missing out on significant savings on your RentSafe Safety Checks with Taskforce’s multiple property discounts. We offer discounts based on the number of active properties receiving RentSafe safety checks.
Here’s how it works:
  • 2-5 Active Properties: Enjoy a 10% discount on RentSafe Safety Checks.
  • 6+ Active Properties: Get a 20% discount on RentSafe Safety Checks.
(If you have an owner with 25+ active properties with Taskforce in the same apartment building then email us at pm@taskforce.com.au to see what discounts we can offer you.)
These discounts aren’t applied automatically, so it’s important to make sure your owners are getting the benefits they deserve.
To do this, simply email us with the following details:
  1. The owner’s full name.
  2. The owner’s email address.
  3. The address details of all active properties owned.
If you have multiple owners who qualify for a discount we recommend compiling this information into a spreadsheet. It’s also crucial that the owner’s email address is attached to all jobs, as our system uses this to recognise multiple properties.
If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at pm@taskforce.com.au. We’re here to help you maximise savings for your property owners.
