Do you own multiple properties? Find out how our Multi-Property Discounts work.
Take advantage of Taskforce's multi property discounts to save money across your compliance checks!
If you are an owner with multiple properties, don't miss out on saving as much as 20% on your RentSafe Safety Checks with our discounts for multi-property. Our discounts are offered according to the number of active properties you own receiving RentSafe safety checks.
What discounts can I receive for owning multiple properties?
  • 2-5 Active Properties: Enjoy a 10% discount on RentSafe Safety Checks.
  • 6+ Active Properties: Get a 20% discount on RentSafe Safety Checks.
(For owners with 25+ active properties receiving RentSafe Safety Checks in the same apartment building, contact us on rentsafe@taskforce.com.au about the discounts we can offer you.)
These discounts are not applied automatically - so it's important that you contact us to make sure you are receiving these benefits.
Simply email us with the details below:
  1. Your full name.
  2. Your email address.
  3. The address details of all the active properties you own.
Please note, the same email address must be attached to all jobs, as our system uses this to recognise the multiple properties.
If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at rentsafe@taskforce.com.au. We’re here to help you maximise savings for your property owners.
