The advice on form was not as clear as I would have liked. According to the lecture I received from the sales lady, I'd apparently missed loading the invoice from the electrician who installed the fans and lights and this was why I was made to wait so long for a call/ email back to organise the replacement (despite my text saying that the information had been received and job was being actioned. Took well over a month, but once that was sorted out, the job was straight forward and electrician who came out confirmed it was faulty array.

The electricians were excellent, brilliant lighting however, was an absolute and complete joke. I lodged my claim nearly 2 months before it was resolved throughout which time I had no light in my living room. The call center was unhelpful and incompetent and took me many tries to get through to including having a member of the sales team leave them a message to urgently contact me after a month of trying. After twice being promised an email confirmation of my claim confirmation which never came. After I was blamed for not receiving an email from the automated system which didn't send anything at all to me, I called repeatedly to try and receive confirmation of my claim. After several calls I discovered they had just never actually entered the confirmation into the system and finally I was sent an email by a call center member who was obviously fed up with having to do her job, at which time I was finally given over to the very competent people at the electrical contractor who came to resolve my issue. Ultimately disgraceful service and brilliant tlighting should be ashamed. I usually never leave feedback but this was infuriating and appalling service and I will not hesitate to inform others of the low quality of brilliant lightings customer service and warranty practices.

screws were stripped could have used a screwdriver. there will be issue having to reopen the case again because they were stripped. technician left dirty smears all over the ceiling and fan casing. i had to clean up everything. worst technician ever. Fan still emitting knocking noise despite being balanced.

This is the 3rd fan which was replaced in 2 months but the 56’ Spyda fan has the same issue I callled the customer care spoke to Duck and he asked me to contact the electrician who did the replacement of fan I did what I have been ask to do electrician came and check the fan he made the video of fan as it was making a lot of noise and I work on rotating shift and the reply I got from the ever green electrical that centaur is sending new motor to replace which will happen only by mid March than I called the customer service to check why there is so delay and spoke to Mark he said as we have already replaced 2 fans we can’t keep replacing but I don’t understand if there is a manufacturing fault in that particular size why I should I suffer after paying the cost of the fan and now it’s becoming annoying as the noise has increased a lot I would really appreciate if someone from ventair can call me or they can address this issue recall the fan I had to check why there is a noise only in that particular size , as I had another 5 fans in my house and they all are of spyda and they are working fine . I need your hep to get the resolution as it’s becoming difficult to sleep with the noise I would be happy if you recall this fan and replace with a good quality fan which is properly checked before sending for replacement. Awaiting for your reply.

I was disappointed due to fact that the light I purchased 6 months ago could not be replaced with something even close to what I had and that it took a few weeks to sort out, I had no light in the kitchen for that time. I first enquired about replacing our two fans on April 27th. It took until June 18th for someone to come and replace the fans. When the electrician arrived, the wrong fans had been ordered by Brilliant, so neither could be replaced. It took until August for the correct fans to arrive and to my shock your company ordered the wrong fan, for the second time! Only one fan was able to be replaced on that day. It took a further week for the second fan to finally arrive. Taking 4 months, to replace two fans is deplorable. Evergreen electrical was great, but as for my service experience with Brilliant, I doesn't warrant any praise. A review of your management and operations is highly recommended.

Our Fanco Origin fan stoped working after 3 months. I contacted the technical department at Fanco to assess if I could try any further reset programming to resolve our issue. Quickly became apparent that a new fan was required, all arranged by Fanco in very quick time including electrician , all under warranty. Within 7 days had our identical new fan working perfectly. I highly recommend Fanco’s support network.

I am still waiting to have this issue resolved. Fansonline did a great job getting the fans delivered to me, Evergreen Electrical Services (Liam Gurney) did a great job installing them, but one of the two Mercator Eagle XL fans does not work. Lodged a warranty claim on same day as install (26 November) as advised by Fansonline, and still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Only advice I have had are two emails; one to say it is being progressed and a second yesterday to tell me that they don't have any more "Black" Eagle XL Fans to supply and would I accept a different colour. This will not work as the fans are a pair in a single room and would look disastrous. Still waiting on what the resolution will be. Please Help sort this out as soon as possible.
