13/12/20 Electrician was good, however, in your paperwork and email sent,you said the fan was being replaced but the Electrician only received motor regulators. The inverter seemed to have failed and generated a lot of heat and could have potentially caught fire. We had to wait another week during a heatwave for the correct item to be replaced. 11/10/20 Lloyd did an excellent job of replacing the motors to the two fans. However, this warranty issue has been very upsetting to me because all 4 fans have been faulty. One was completely replaced within weeks of installation and now two motors have been replaced. The final 4th fan is also faulty and requires the motor replaced. Lloyd the electrician will verify this and he has advised that this should be a
Warranty Claim also. Both the installing electrician and the warranty electrician have confirmed that it is most unusual that these fans have been a problem but both have installed 100’s without any problems. These particular ones have all been unbearably noisy. I felt very uncomfortable making a Warranty Claim and found I was pushed back by Ventair and this Claim has been very hard. I now confidently ask that the final fan be repaired to end this problem. Lloyd will confirm this requirement. It was not my imagination that the fans were not working correctly.
